Starting Thursday, March 3rd, 2011,we will be hosting classical “Fasıl” sessions led by “Serhanende” Nureddin Celik at Armada Salon.
Every Thursday for the next 8 weeks,come experience this musical feast alongside our traditional Istanbul cuisine.

Assorted Cold Mezzes served on copper “Çilingir” trays
Stuffed vine leaves, Circassian Chicken, Feta Cheese, Eggplant Salad, Eggplant “Saksuka”, Pickled beets, Mashed fish roe with bread crumbs, Stewed beans

Tripe with chickpea, Deep fried pastries with cheese filling, Fried Zucchini
